The innovative distillery, which is part of the Kentucky Bourbon Trail, produces custom rye, whiskey and bourbon, and runs a one-of-a-kind Collaborative Distilling Program, which brings together some of the industry's most experienced distillers. The distillery's team, headed by Master Distiller Steve Nally, who has over 40 years of experience in the spirits industry and is a member of the Kentucky Bourbon Hall of Fame member and former Master Distiller, works alongside customers and uses sophisticated technology to create some of the finest whiskeys and bourbons. The company produces nearly 40 unique mash bills, including those used for prominent brands such as Jefferson's, High West, Belle Meade, Hirsch, Calumet, James E. Pepper, and Cyrus Noble. It is one of the top 10 US whiskey distilleries by capacity, and produces 110,000 barrels per year. Bardstown Bourbon Company's Fusion Series #3 is a blend of 60% of the distillery's three-year-old wheated and high-rye Kentucky bourbons, and 40% of sourced Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey aged 13 years.
