This addition to Edinburgh Gin's liqueur range is a combination of spring rhubarb, macerated in oriental ginger and lemon zest before being infused with Edinburgh Gin. Best served in a long drink with lemonade.

A warming rhubarb and ginger liqueur from the chaps at Edinburgh Gin. It captures a fine balance between the intense rush of ginger spice and the evocative, almost nostalgic sweetness of rhubarb, (we all feel nostalgic for rhubarb crumble, right It's not just me) as well as some classic juniper hints deeper within.
Nose: The nose is firm and rich with luscious, creamy round tones.
Palate: The palate is elegant light and incredibly smooth with spice.
Finish: Truly classic, long finish.
