The Woodford Reserve Distillery sits on what was once an old Distillery founded by Elijah and his son, Oscar Pepper, in the 1800s. The Double Double is then finished for an extra year in heavily toasted charred new oak for another layer of spice that sits atop the sweetness of the original.
